The new park integrates into the modern city with a new role. The owners and designers hope that in addition to bringing the memories of the industrial age, more new elements will be put into it, so that it can meet the needs of modern office and better integrate into the city. The "small white building" was formerly the staff dormitory of the chemical fiber factory. As the carrier connecting the site with the city, the design strategy of "renovating the old as the new" enables the continuity of the urban interface to be realized. The design preserves the original frame structure on the basis of the transformation of the facade.
