This case is the Japanese restaurant that the old building of 3 stories transforms. The material pavilion is located on the second and third floors of the old building. Half of the second floor is composed of a private room and a sushi bar. The traditional Japanese taigu zhang is used as a partition to ensure privacy while having transparency. The other half of the area hall on the second floor, in order to ensure daylight and block the chaotic scenery of the adjacent street outside, the whole balcony is covered with plants and cut off by the open snow shoji at the foot. The third floor is the VIP room of the pavilion space, the whole space is very quiet and private. In order to take advantage of the relatively high characteristics of the three-storey ceiling, we designed the decorative cabinets that link up and down between the floor and ceiling in each VIP room, and installed indirect lighting.
